Highly Expanded (Air Blowing) Plastic Shoe Injection Molding Machine

Suitable for making single color foaming, non-foaming or Air-browing PVC. or TPR sole, slipper, sandal, full plastic shoes, DIP footwears for gents, lady, children etc.

  • Provided air-blowing device system, not only available for making various kinds plastic footwear, also alternative for air-blowing effect, create machine's multiple function purpose.
  • High technology air blowing system provides finished sole in super-lightweight, shinning surface effect. Most welcomed by consumer.
  • Special "C" type mold-clamping design offers high clamping force and protect products from burr.
  • Suitable for all kinds thermo-plastic material in foaming and non-foaming, also recycled material can be used.
  • Equipped with mold cooling circulation system, ensure products high quality and increase capacity.
  • All majored mechanical actions, such as injection, material feeding, disk-rotation, mold clamping etc. are controlled by program controller, which secures all proceeding actions perfectly.
